Bloem endeavours to provide adequate incentive for all Associates to strive for excellence and work as a united team in achieving company goals.


Bloem has implemented an annual performance bonus program, consisting of 2 components: Personal Goals and Company Goals or Sales Goals for Sales Account Executives.


Bloem encourages all of our Associates to further their skills and competencies by undergoing additional appropriate training and education. For some technical skills, our own Team experts will provide excellent awareness courses. The cost of internal and short term courses will be entirely met by Bloem.


Bloem Associates are entitled to a range of Recognition Rewards ranging from cash to entertainment and gift vouchers. Winners of the monthly “Caught Being Great Award” are rewarded with a half-day off. Associates also receive $100 birthday vouchers on their special day.


Bloem currently gathers the Team for lunch on the fourth Friday of each month.  This is an excellent opportunity to share any successes with each other and enjoy each team player’s company outside of the office.
